In the bowl of a food processor, pour 450 ml of lukewarm water, add the crumbled yeast, and then the rest of the ingredients (flour, soft butter, and salt). Knead at medium speed for about 10 minutes until you obtain a smooth and elastic dough.

Sprinkle the work surface with a little flour, turn out the dough, cover it with a clean towel, and let it rest in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Shaping and Second Proofing

Gently knead the rested dough and form a long roll, which you then cut into 8 equal parts. Form balls from each piece.
Chef's tip
If you don't have a spray bottle, you can quickly splash the oven walls with wet fingers to create the necessary steam. It's important to close the door quickly to avoid losing heat.
