Preparation method

In a large bowl, mix the flour with the salt. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and pour the mixture over the flour.

Knead well until you get a homogeneous and elastic dough. Let it rest for a bit.

Roll out the dough into a thin sheet of approximately 3 mm, using a rolling pin or directly by hand, on a floured surface.

Chef's tip

If you want a more intense flavor, you can add a little olive oil over the pizza immediately after taking it out of the oven.
