PREPARING THE DOUGH

In a large bowl or the bowl of a food processor, mix the flour, lukewarm water, oil, dry yeast, salt, diced mozzarella, chopped bacon, marjoram, granulated garlic, and finely chopped green chives. Knead manually or with the food processor until you obtain a homogeneous dough.

Divide the dough into 10 equal parts.
