Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 160 °C. In a large bowl, mix the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, almonds, walnut kernels, and coconut flakes. If the nuts are too large, you can roughly chop them beforehand.
Add the melted coconut oil and cinnamon over the nut and seed mixture, then mix well. Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate with the 3 tablespoons of water. After 15 minutes of baking, remove the tray, pour the melted chocolate over the granola, and mix well. Return to the oven for another 3-4 minutes, being careful not to burn it.
