DOUGH PREPARATION
In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in 250 ml of lukewarm water. Pour the mixture into the bowl of a food processor. Add the flour and softened butter, then mix at medium speed for about 8 minutes, until you get a smooth and elastic dough.
Sprinkle a little flour on the work surface and turn out the dough. Knead it gently to form a ball, wrap it in plastic food wrap, and leave it in the refrigerator for one hour. After it has rested, divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
FILLING PREPARATION AND BAKING
Preheat the grill or oven to maximum temperature. If using the oven, you can use a pizza stone for optimal results.
