Place the flour on a work surface and make a well in the middle. Add the salt, crumbled yeast, and lukewarm water to the center.
Knead everything well until you get a smooth and elastic dough.
Shape flat buns from the dough and bake them in the preheated oven at 180 °C for 10-15 minutes, until they become slightly golden and fluffy.
Chef's tip
If you prefer a more traditional version, you can steam the buns for 10 minutes instead of baking them in the oven.
