Preparation method

Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water (approx. 20 g of salt) until al dente, then drain.

Cut the zucchini lengthwise into quarters, then slice it into pieces about 0.5 cm thick.

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Cut the chili pepper lengthwise and slice it into fine strips. Finely chop the sage leaves. Remove the salsiccia meat from its casing and break it into larger pieces.

Chef's tip

If you don't have fresh pasta, you can use 80 g of dried pasta per serving, cooking it according to the package instructions.
