Preparation method

Place the rice noodles in a bowl and cover them with hot water. Let them soak for 30 minutes, then drain them.

In a large pan, heat the oil over medium heat and add the garlic and chili pepper (if you want it spicy). Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add the shrimp or meat and cook until browned. If using tofu, fry it until golden.
