Preparation method

Finely chop the onion and slice the garlic thinly. Clean the button mushrooms and cut them into thicker slices.

Heat a tablespoon of oil in a spacious pan. Sauté the onion and garlic until translucent. Add the mushrooms and continue to sauté for 3-5 minutes, until they reduce in size.

Add the minced beef to the pan. Use a spatula to break the meat into the smallest possible pieces. Cook for 5-10 minutes, until the liquid released by the meat evaporates.
