Preparing the roasted vegetables

Wash the peppers and place them on a baking tray. Add the garlic head, cut at one end, and drizzle everything with a little olive oil.

Bake in the preheated oven at 220 °C for about 30 minutes, turning the peppers occasionally, until they become soft and the skin browns (even with black spots).

Immediately place the hot peppers in a bowl and cover them tightly with plastic wrap to "steam" – this step will make cleaning much easier.
