Preparation method

Boil the soba noodles according to package instructions (approximately 2-3 minutes), then drain them well.

In a wok or a spacious pan, heat the vegetable oil and sesame oil.

Add the shallot, ginger, garlic, and chili pepper. Sauté them briefly until they start to release their aroma.

Chef's tip

For extra flavor, you can toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan for 1-2 minutes before sprinkling them over the dish. If you prefer a spicier version, leave the seeds in the chili pepper!
