Add the shallot, ginger, garlic, and chili pepper. Sauté them briefly until they start to release their aroma.
Chef's tip
For extra flavor, you can toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan for 1-2 minutes before sprinkling them over the dish. If you prefer a spicier version, leave the seeds in the chili pepper!
