Preparing the Meatballs

In a large bowl, finely grate the smoked tofu and peeled carrots.

Add the eggs, fine oat flakes, salt, and pepper. Knead everything until you get a homogeneous dough. If the mixture is not sticky enough, you can add another egg.

Let the mixture rest for about 10 minutes, then form meatballs with a diameter of about 4 cm.
