Start by mixing the minced beef with 20 ml of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of gingerbread spices. Let it marinate for a few minutes.

Wash and cut the vegetables: separate the broccoli into small florets, cut the bell pepper into strips, the white onion into thin half-moons, and the green onion into pieces of approximately 2 cm. Press the garlic through a press.
Cooking the Meat and Sauce
