In a large pot, heat the olive oil and add the crushed garlic. Let it release its aroma for a few seconds.

Add the minced beef over the garlic and brown it well. When the meat is ready, add the tomato paste and stir. Cook for another minute or two.

Pour the two cans of chopped tomatoes over the meat and add the beef broth. Let everything simmer covered for 5 minutes.
