Boil the pasta al dente in plenty of water with 2 tablespoons of salt, according to package instructions.

In a bowl, mix the minced meat with finely chopped rosemary, white wine, salt, and pepper.

In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the finely chopped onion until translucent. Add the meat mixture and sauté for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the bay leaves and cook for another 2 minutes.
Chef's tip
For an even more intense flavor, you can add a little grated lemon zest at the end.
