Preparation method
Start by boiling a large pot of salted water over medium heat. When the water boils, add the whole wheat pasta and cook for 16–17 minutes. Once cooked, drain well.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200–205 °C and prepare a large skillet or an oven-safe dish. Wash the red bell pepper, remove the seeds, and cut it into small cubes. Finely chop the yellow onion and green onion, and grate the garlic on a small grater.
Heat the rapeseed oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the yellow onion, bell pepper, and garlic and sauté them together for 4–5 minutes. Then, add the drained tuna, frozen peas, and oregano, and sauté everything for another 3–4 minutes. Finally, add the green onion, pour in the milk, and let everything simmer together for 2–3 minutes, then turn off the heat.
Chef's tip
If you want a creamier version, you can replace the milk with cooking cream.
