TIS Farmaceutic Ephedrine Serum 1% nasal drops are designed for the symptomatic treatment of acute rhinitis, sinusitis, and post-surgery swelling. This effective solution contains ephedrine hydrochloride and comes in a practical 10ml dropper bottle. The recommended dosage is 3-4 drops in each nostril, 3 times a day, for a maximum of 5 days.

Composition
100 ml nasal drops, solution contain ephedrine hydrochloride 1 g and excipients: sodium chloride, benzalkonium chloride, purified water.
Therapeutic indications
Symptomatic treatment of acute rhinitis and sinusitis, vasomotor rhinitis, edema occurring after endonasal surgical interventions.
Dosage and administration
The usual dose is 3-4 drops, in each nostril, 3 times/day, for 4-5 days.
Precautions
Prolonged administration causes tachyphylaxis.
Administration of the medicine for more than 7 days can cause congestive phenomena of the nasal mucosa, due to its local irritating action.
Special warnings
Pregnancy, breastfeeding, fertility
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
Ephedrine serum 1% can be used during pregnancy only on medical recommendation.
Ephedrine is excreted in breast milk. This medicine is not recommended during breastfeeding, due to the risk of cardiovascular adverse reactions (tachycardia) in the infant.
Driving and operating machinery
It does not affect the ability to drive vehicles or operate machinery if administered according to recommendations.
