How to use:
- Children over 12 years of age (approximately 43 kg): 1 capsule per day (600 mg essential phospholipids from soybean seeds)
- Adolescents and adults: 1 capsule 3 times a day (1800 mg essential phospholipids from soybean seeds)
Essentiale Max capsules should be swallowed whole, during meals, with a sufficient amount of liquid (preferably with a glass of water, 200 ml).
