Method of administration:

In patients with mild to moderate renal (see also 4.3, 4.4 and 4.5) or hepatic insufficiency, and also in elderly patients, the daily dose should be halved (maximum 4 sachets per day).
The duration of treatment should not exceed 4 weeks without medical recommendation. If symptoms do not improve or worsen after 7 days of continuous treatment, their etiology should be investigated and the therapeutic approach re-evaluated.
