Grivita Gold beer is a Pilsner type beer, with a fresh and refreshing aroma, with a light hop taste. Grivita Gold beer is produced only from natural ingredients, selected with the utmost care. The production process is slow, unhurried, and maturation takes place at low temperatures. Batches are small, with the aim of fully extracting the hop aromas, and providing the yeast with the necessary environment to transform the liquid into premium quality beer. Golden, clear color, fresh aroma with a balanced CO2 content. Culinary pairings: grilled or oven-baked chicken, french fries, pasta, cheeses and dishes with citrus flavors.

Culinary pairings:
White meat: can be complementarily associated with chicken, turkey, and even fish, cleansing the olfactory pyramid and leaving the culinary preparation's aroma intact.
Mozzarella and other mild cheeses that do not contain strong flavors from an explosion of taste and smell.
Sushi: a clean and clear glass of pilsner works in total harmony with a plate of delicately prepared sushi or sashimi.
French fries: pair extremely well with classic fries as well as potato chips, keeping the amount of salt and fat under control.
About the producer
Grivita is a craft beer with a new history rooted in the collective memory of consumers. A completely new project designed to continue the traditions and values in Romanian beer production. The factory is located in a historic building constructed in 1892 that housed part of the former Belvedere cigarette factory. The Grivita factory proposes a completely new way of producing beer – increased attention to quality and the experiences of beer consumers.
The first transparent beer factory in Romania and the only one with a production area open to the public was launched in June 2019. Fabrica Grivita SRL invested in the craft beer production center and bar with the objective of launching a natural, authentic beer product onto the market to penetrate the new craft beer market in Romania. Everything is transparent, from the quality of the ingredients used to the way each beer is produced and bottled. The location demonstrates dedication to quality and transparency.
