Raised on the central and western plains of the United States, the cattle feed on a mix of fresh grass. Over time, they also receive a balanced diet of cereals and corn to make the meat very juicy and tender.
Instructions for use
Cook the product before consuming it. Try not to crush or flatten them and turn the burgers only once.
Frying pan: 3-4 minutes on each side over medium heat (turn when the juices appear on the top of the burger).
Grill: 2-3 minutes on each side (turn when the juices appear on the top of the burger).
Oven: 20-25 minutes at 210 °C (no need to turn).
