For Cupper Little Dreamer we use a balancing blend of carefully selected herbs:

Chamomile
Chamomile is one of the best-known medicinal plants and is also very popular as an infusion. Chamomile not only helps with gastrointestinal ailments, it is also an effective remedy for inflammation, colds and skin problems. 

Lemon balm
Lemon balm is an excellent medicinal plant that is also often used in cooking: Whether it's lemonades, salads, soups or desserts, the slightly sour and citrusy taste goes well with many dishes. Lemon balm can help with digestive problems, stress and restlessness.

Lavender
Lavender is probably the universal panacea when it comes to sleep: lavender bags, lavender spray, lavender oil and, of course, lavender tea are supposed to facilitate the process of falling asleep. The beautiful plant from the Mediterranean region not only smells fantastic (in the truest sense of the word!), but has also been proven to help with anxiety, inner restlessness and sleep disorders.

Cupper is a caffeine-free herbal tea, ecologically packaged in Dorset, England. The ingredients are of the highest quality, come from organic farming and are carefully dosed in tea bags, in the manufacture of which no bleaching agents or plastic were used. Instructions for use

Pour hot water into a cup in which you have placed the tea bag and let it steep for 7-8 minutes. Enjoy!
