About the producer

Poiana Fermecata is a wonderful place in the heart of Muscel, north of Campulung, towards the Iezer – Papusa Mountains, in the Bughea de Jos Commune.

At first it was a tourist guesthouse, where tourists passionate about nature came to “recharge their batteries” and enjoy the unspoiled wonders of nature, the chirping of birds, the fresh air, the wonderful landscape drawn as if by the hand of a skilled painter and … the delicious dishes prepared here according to traditional recipes, some preserved in their old form, others slightly reinvented or completely sophisticated with good taste and with a lot of passion. Poiana is “watered” by the Strigoiu Stream, which flows into the Bughea River, and from the garden you can go directly into the forest. Here you can find plenty of medicinal plants and forest fruits (fir and pine buds, balm, dandelion, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, sour cherries, sea buckthorn, rose hips, hazelnuts), but also different species of mushrooms (morels, puffballs, beech mushrooms, chanterelles, cockscomb and others).

The producer reinvents old recipes and preserves the style and way of working completely manually, leaves his mark and customers recognize this unique mark! On the other hand, the tranquility of the forests, as well as the scents of the plants, the purity of the air and spring waters, the quality of the plants gathered – all – from the spontaneous flora, but also the entire beauty of the surrounding nature can be found in the Delicacies from Poiana Fermecata!
