Ingredients

  • 600 g of mixed minced beef and pork
  • 500 g of white potatoes
  • 1 pc of yellow onion
  • 500 g of sweet potatoes
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 40 g of butter
  • 70 g of whole wheat sliced bread
  • 200 ml of cow's milk
  • 12 g of salt
  • 1 pc of chicken egg
  • 1 teaspoon of dried marjoram
  • 1 tablespoon of BBQ barbecue sauce

Instructions

    Finely chop the onion. Crush the garlic. Cut the bread into small cubes and pour 200 ml of milk over it, letting it soak.

    In a large bowl, mix the minced meat with the onion, garlic, soaked bread, salt, black pepper, marjoram, egg, and BBQ sauce. Divide the mixture into two equal parts and, with wet hands, form two elongated meatloaves (rolls). Place them in the air fryer basket. Bake for 30 minutes at 170 °C.

    Peel the white potatoes and sweet potatoes, cut them into cubes, and boil them in salted water until tender. Drain the water, mash the potatoes, add the butter and the remaining 100 ml of milk. Mix until you get a smooth puree. Serve the warm meatloaf with the potato puree.
