METHOD OF USE

For the treatment of constipation.

For adults and children over 10 years:

The recommended initial dose is 1 gastro-resistant dragee. The dose can be adjusted up to a maximum of 2 dragees to produce regular bowel movements. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of 2 dragees.

For children aged between 2 and 10 years: the recommended dose is 1 gastro-resistant dragee (5 mg Bisacodyl) per day.
For adults and children over 10 years: The recommended initial dose is 1 gastro-resistant dragee. The dose can be adjusted up to a maximum of 2 dragees to produce regular bowel movements. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of 2 dragees.

For the preparation of investigations and before surgical interventions: Dulcolax® should be administered according to the specialist doctor's recommendations.

The dragees have a special coating and for this reason should not be administered together with products that reduce the acidity of the upper gastrointestinal tract, for example milk.

If after 5 days you do not feel better or feel worse, you should consult a doctor.

If you suffer from temporary cessation of peristaltic movements or acute surgical abdomen, including appendicitis, acute inflammatory bowel diseases, and severe abdominal pain associated with nausea and vomiting, consult your doctor for recommendations.
