Castello Banfi is one of the most renowned wineries in the world, its mission being to promote legendary wines according to historical manuscripts, but also to showcase the particularities of regional terroirs or native grape varieties. A bottle reminiscent of the period of ancient Rome and the great dictator Julius Caesar, of the empress Cleopatra, but also of the customs existing at the royal court. For this bottle, the purest bunches of Shiraz, Grenache and Mountvedre were selected, vinified separately to bring a special style to this collector's bottle. The wine's maturation in oak is intended to support the formation of a structure that can be seen on the palate, without compromising regular consumption. A wine that presents dizzying aromas of cranberry, hints of raspberry, strawberries and suggestions of rose petals. The clear acidity, fruity aromas and bold tannic structure lead to a great finish.
