It is produced from Glera grapes, cultivated in the traditional Prosecco area – Valdobbiadene.
To obtain its red colour, it is blended with Pinot Noir Rosé DOC wine (max. 10%).
Mionetto Rosé is a fresh Prosecco with notes of peach blossoms, grapefruit, and red fruits.
Ideal as an aperitif, but can accompany Italian dishes as well as light ones: salads and fish.
Serve well chilled or with ice!
