Extra virgin olive oil of superior quality, of the "Koroneiki" type, extracted from carefully selected olive groves in the Merambelo province of Lassithi, Crete.

The oil is produced exclusively through mechanical processes, without chemicals or additives. It has low acidity and is rich in polyphenols. Produced in the purest Greek tradition, Lyrakis extra virgin olive oil will surprise you with slightly fruity aromas, with a wonderful taste of authentic olives. 

Classic extra virgin olive oil has a high nutritional value and unique organoleptic characteristics. A true nutritional jewel with a multitude of beneficial properties.

This oil is dark green in color, has a velvety texture, a fruity scent of medium intensity and a slightly spicy taste.

How to use

It is perfect for sauces that combine herbs, spices, garlic or citrus juices to create healthy flavors. It successfully replaces butter - it can be used in most recipes (even pastries), but it is not used for frying.

It can be used in salads, sauces, for seasoning cheese and roasts, along with many spices.
