Al Dar Ayran with mint

Ayran drink is a 100% natural oriental specialty, made from drinking yogurt to which a little salt is added. It is especially recognized among those who frequent the fast-food area, but that does not mean that it cannot be included in diets. It is especially recommended in summer as it is refreshing and slightly quenches the feeling of thirst due to the salt content. It can also be found in the mint version for those who want an even fresher aroma.

ALDAR is supplied daily with milk from Romania.

Every day the milk is processed to preserve all its natural qualities. Thus, the fat remains in its pure state, the resulting products having a fat content between 3.5% and 4.5%.

Our products are HALAL certified (permissible), which means that the raw material from which we produce the products is considered the cleanest in the world, due to the processing method. Although our products are oriental specific, we promote the concept of selecting processing only from milk obtained from local producers in Romania, without additives, dyes or preservatives.
