Al Dar Traditional Oriental Style Yogurt Cream (Labneh) produced in Romania by ALDAR is appreciated by the most renowned restaurants. Its characteristic finesse and exquisite taste make it one of the most sought-after products. Made using specific processes, the yogurt cream retains the basic characteristics of milk. Thus, the processed milk, after being transformed into yogurt, is left to drain until the whey is eliminated. It can be served as is or accompanied by olive oil and mint leaves.

About the producer

ALDAR obtains its daily supply of milk from Romania.

Every day, the milk is processed to preserve all its natural qualities. Thus, the fat remains pure, with the resulting products having a fat content of between 3.5% and 4.5%.

Our products are HALAL certified (permissible), which means that the raw material from which we produce the products is considered the purest in the world, due to the processing method. Although our products are oriental in nature, we promote the concept of selecting and processing only milk obtained from local producers in Romania, without additives, colorants or preservatives.
