Deltaica Marinated Mackerel

Deltaica Marinated Mackerel Mackerel is a fish from the Scombridae family (tuna, bonito), which lives in the Atlantic Ocean, being more common along the coasts of North America and Europe. It is also found in the North Sea and the Mediterranean Sea. It is valuable for its meat rich in fatty acids (Omega 3) and vitamin B12 (water-soluble, with a beneficial role in the normal functioning of the brain and nervous system, as well as in the formation of blood).

Deltaica is a brand of gastronomic fish products made based on traditional Delta recipes, with resources from the Danube Delta and the Black Sea, responsibly caught, with respect for nature. Only natural ingredients are used in the preparation of Deltaica fish products.
