Cooking recommendations
Deep fryer: preheat oil to 175°C. Fry small quantities for 3-5 minutes.
Pan: preheat pan with a small amount of oil and cook for 10-12 minutes. Stir frequently.
Oven: place potatoes on a baking sheet in a preheated oven at 230°C (gas mark 8). 12-15 minutes.
Turn occasionally.
Drain on paper towels before serving.
