Verdino plant-based fillets are to everyone's liking, from the youngest in the house to the biggest foodies. Season them with rice, salad or your favourite side dishes and enjoy a tasty and protein-rich lunch.
Cooking recommendations
After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
Frying pan: put the product in a frying pan with hot oil and fry it over low heat for 5-7 minutes, turning it over several times.
Oven: place the product in a baking tray lined with baking paper in the oven preheated to 180°C, with the upper/lower heating function and bake for 15 minutes.
Microwave oven: use a plate and set the oven to 800W for 1 minute. Do not put the container directly in the microwave oven.
Warnings: Consume only cooked! Do not refreeze!

In 2019, Verdino appeared on the market, the first and only Romanian producer to offer a plant-based alternative to meat products using pea protein and coconut oil.
