ECO Baby Spinach

Baby spinach does not have a very strong taste, it is soft and its purpose is to create volume on the salad plate.
Spring spinach is crispy and young. As soon as you mix baby spinach with something crispy (for example, iceberg lettuce) and something more distinctive (for example, chicory or arugula), an interesting mixture is created.

When you mix spinach with a hot topping, there is a partial loss of volume, but the spinach does not lose its freshness.

Storage instructions:

Place the washed and dried spinach in a clean plastic box or a glass bowl. On the bottom, first spread damp paper towels, spinach, then cover again with a layer of paper. Do not close the box or cover it with foil, the spinach must breathe. Store in a cool place, but not for long.
