This 500 g frozen product comes in convenient rectangular, cream-white sheets, perfect for making homemade cookies, croissants, or tarts. Simply defrost the raw dough at room temperature for 45 minutes, shape it as you like, and bake it on baking paper at 170°C for at least 15 minutes until beautifully golden.
