Pastry product made from risen dough, rolled, white in colour, frozen, with the taste and smell of raw dough. Ensure that the product is well baked before consumption.
Recommended preparation
Defrost the products on a baking tray with baking paper at room temperature for 20 minutes. Place the tray in an oven preheated to 170⁰C for 15 minutes. In the first minute of baking, steam is introduced, and if the oven is not equipped with a steam function, the products will be sprayed with water before being placed in the oven.
Do not prepare in a microwave oven!
Storage conditions
Store at a maximum of -18°C in original packaging. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
