ECO Manitou red potatoes

Organic new season potatoes: an ideal product for baby puree, but also a garnish idea for grilled fish. Boil the potatoes until almost cooked, then cut into larger pieces and sauté in a pan in butter or olive oil, with a little garlic, salt, pepper and optionally a sprig of rosemary or thyme.

Another quick preparation idea: washed and cut potatoes without removing the peel are fried in a bath of hot oil until golden brown, then served with a little coarse salt and grated garlic, to taste. Enjoy!
