Italian Red Hot Peppers (Pepperoncino) in bunch

A bunch of hot Calabrian peppers, real pepperoncino! A delight. For an AOP as it is made in Italy, you also need some extra virgin olive oil, which you heat in a pan, add one or two finely chopped pepperoncino, optionally an anchovy fillet or even more for a "sea" taste, a few finely sliced garlic cloves and the base for pasta is ready. All you need is some al dente spaghetti, a bunch of fresh parsley at the end and you have just prepared the best and simplest pasta recipe. Come piace a noi!
