Usage

• Whipping cream is intended for direct consumption and further processing in cold and hot cuisine.
• How to properly whip cream until you get a beautifully firm whipped cream, so that it's not too liquid and, at the same time, doesn't turn into butter?
• The cream must always be well chilled.
• Do not whip at high temperatures. The cream will then stiffen poorly.
• Start whipping at lower speeds and gradually increase the power. Reduce the speed again towards the end.
• The final consistency depends on personal preferences, on how you like it.
