The idea for this business was born from the desire to bring to life a new, modern, premium concept for butchery and charcuterie, through which we aim to be different, starting from the appearance of the shops to new cuts of meat, ready-to-cook, ready-to-eat recipes, matured products, as well as traditional products like "mici" (grilled minced meat rolls)/sausages/pastrami. Our goal is to cover the needs of as many Horeca restaurants and their gourmets as possible.
Thus, we carefully prepare fresh products with Romanian meat. 90% of our products come from carcasses, which makes our products very fresh.
