Gimar Fishburgers are artisanally prepared burgers made from fresh, selected fish fillets, without skin and bones. The producer pays special attention to the mincing process to preserve the natural texture of the meat, making each Fishburger a refined bite.

They are packed in individual portions, in EAM trays, to keep the product unchanged for a longer period.

It all starts with carefully selected raw material. The fillets are extracted completely clean, without bones, skin, or the dark underside. They are minced and mixed with the other ingredients, and then the product is placed into packaging.

Usage Conditions

Ready for consumption. After opening, the product must be consumed entirely.
