Nata Pura Pastel de Nata cu ciocolata

Traditional Portuguese gourmet dessert, made from real milk and eggs, in the form of small tarts, with a light and crispy pastry sheet, filled with traditional egg and chocolate cream.

Clean label product. Pre-baked and frozen, ready to be prepared in the oven directly from the freezer.

Can be served with ice cream, coffee or anytime during the day.

Valid for 12 months from the production date in the original packaging, in the freezer.

After baking, consume within 48 hours.

1. Preheat the oven to 230ºC, use convection if available;
2. Remove the product from the aluminum molds and place them on a baking tray, without thawing them. The more frozen they are when they start baking - and the hotter the oven is - the crispier they become;
3. Bake for 10-12 minutes. When the filling starts to rise, you'll know they're ready;
4. Remove the molds from the oven. Be careful, as they are quite hot at this point!
5. Let them cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. Consume within 48 hours of preparation.
