Verdino Frozen Plant-based Mititei

Can you hear the sound of a barbecue in the distance? When our vegetarian Mititei reach their destination, they must leave a traditional taste and a mouth-watering smell! Seasoned as per the book, with onion, garlic, pepper and a bit of thyme, you will find it hard to believe that they are made only from pea protein, wheat and beans. Because you never know when the craving will hit, we recommend that you always have a box of frozen Mititei in the fridge, for any situation.

Cooking recommendation:

Preheat the pan (or grill) to medium-high, grease with a little vegetable oil, then fry for 3 minutes on each side, until the Mititei are nicely browned (the temperature in the thermal center of the product must be at least 73°C. Consume only after heat treatment.

About the producer

In 2019, Verdino appeared on the market, the first and only Romanian producer to offer a vegetable alternative to meat products using pea protein and coconut oil.
