It can be used to color glazes, creams, whipped cream or doughs and, being in the form of a gel, it is an advantageous alternative to liquid dyes.
Dr. Oetker dye is available in 10 g tubes and it is recommended to use 2 teaspoons of gel (1 tube) for 400 g of whipped cream or cream, or a teaspoon of gel for 100 g of marzipan.
