Casa Rinaldi Porcini Mushroom Risotto represents one of the original versions of risottos: very widespread in Northern Italy, in Lombardy and Veneto, it was combined with local ingredients, including porcini mushrooms. The Casa Rinaldi version is characterized by its decisive taste, creaminess, and earthy and savory aroma offered by the precious porcini mushrooms.
Using parboiled rice as a base, we have created particularly tasty instant risottos, easy and quick to prepare both in a pan and in the microwave: less than 20 minutes will be enough to achieve results comparable to those from a restaurant.
