Casa Rinaldi's extra virgin olive oil with rosemary has a yellow color, accompanied by rosemary leaves. The aroma it emanates is an intense rosemary scent, noticeable also in taste along with the fruity note of the extra virgin olive oil. This oil with intense, fresh, and fragrant aromas is perfect for seasoning grilled vegetables and for adding flavor to main meat dishes. It can also be used in the preparation of focaccia and strie (strie: flatbread, similar to focaccia, but often thinner and crispier). The extra virgin olive oil base is extracted from a blend of European olives, cultivated in Spain, Greece, Italy, and Portugal, harvested between November and December. Casa Rinaldi chose to use an extra virgin oil base because it is capable of perfectly highlighting the organoleptic characteristics of many ingredients.
