Our exclusive recipe: Since 1902, we select wheat flour, a wheat chosen and controlled from sowing to harvest. This is how we select the raw material for our biscuits. We let the dough rest for 14 hours and then bake it in the oven, to make it appetizing and golden. Over the years, we have changed our recipe very little and only to improve it. What has never changed is the unique taste of our biscuits.
