About the producer

Alce Nero was born in the 1970s, when two groups of young farmers and beekeepers decided that it was time for a change, a change that would lead to changes worldwide and that would be more than a purpose in itself.

Thus began a story of responsibility and innovation, a story that did not remain singular, but acted as a bridge between several such stories, each with its own identity. Eventually, these stories came together in a single voice.

This voice is today a very powerful one in the adventure of exploiting land organically and at the heart of its mission is respect for the consumer, products, food, healthy nutrition and, last but not least, love for nature.
