Cascaval de Saveni is produced from raw cow's milk, according to a traditional recipe, wrapped in wax. Due to the special properties of raw milk, as well as the continuous maturation in wax, this cheese has a unique, pleasant taste, found only in the recipes of the products of yesteryear.
