Olympus Bio has obtained the ecological certification from Bio Austria, a strict certification body, which has closely monitored the manufacturing process, local organic agriculture and the quality standards imposed by international and national organizations in the food sector. The organic farms from which the milk used for Olympus Bio products is collected are very carefully selected, based on the rules regarding the ecological inspection and certification system established by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forests and Rural Development. These farms operate on a closed-circuit agriculture system, using systems as close as possible to those existing naturally, in close connection with the health of the soil, animals and humans.
